Annual Precinct Meetings

The attachments below are available for your use, either to prepare for your precinct meeting, to hand out to your attendees, or to return information to the county party.  Please start by reviewing the first attachment, PLANNING AGENDA FOR ANNUAL PRECINCT MEETINGS.  This is intended as a planning document from which you and your Leadership Team can develop an agenda that meets the needs and interests of your own precinct.

The remaining attachments are listed in order under "Handouts" on the PLANNING AGENDA.  Some provide instruction for activities, some provide information specific to the upcoming election and others are reporting forms.  You may copy them, and in some cases modify them, to fit the needs of your precinct. 

The "Instructions for Sending a Precinct E-Blast" will only be available up until the Precinct Meetings.  Please make a copy for your files for future use.  If you need assistance with this function now or later, you may contact Matt Hughes, Ann DeMaine or Nancy Park.

The electronic documents can be copied and also completed online; this allows you to send your report as an e-mail attachment to the OCDP Secretary (vicki.boyer@orangedems.com).
