A resolution is a policy or legislative proposal to be considered for adoption by the party.  Every year, the Orange County Democratic Party considers a number of resolutions at their annual convention on a wide range of subjects.  When special circumstances come up that warrant more timely action, the County Executive Committee may consider resolutions at other points in the year as well.
