One can vote in the primary runoff if they were registered for the May 8th primary. Independent (Unaffiliated) voters can vote in the runoff, if on May 8th they voted in the Democratic Primary. 

Only the Board of Elections for early vote: June 28 (Thursday) - July 13 (Friday) M-F 9AM - 5PM

Early Voting: July 14 (Saturday) 9AM - 1PM

Primary runoff: July 17 (Tuesday) 6:30AM - 7:30PM

The only Democratic primary runoff will be for Labor Commissioner; between John Brooks, and Marlowe Foster.
